Excess Inventory

We have over 10000 pallets of returned goods from an online retailer. Some are stored in a transit warehouse in holland (near Amsterdam) , some are located in a warehouse in the uk. These pallets are all manifested. Some 20% -30% of the goods are damaged / not functioning / torn packaging etc. The following goods are on these pallets: electrical appliances (all with uk plugs) , hardware and furniture. How these goods look like can be inspected at the warehouses in the uk and holland. The goods are 1 / 3 electrical, 1 / 3 flat packs, 1 / 3 hardware and toys.
