Beta 40 Destemming-Crushing Machines
Destemming-crushing machines with rubber food rollers. The pair of rollers ensures gentle squeezing of the grapes as standard on all models. The destemming shaft is made with rubber blades. The destemming cage is made from stainless steel with grooved holes. The machine is equipped with a central opening and cage extraction thereby facilitating simple and complete cleaning.

Euro 1-2-3 Destemming-Crushing Machines
EURO is a destemming-crushing machine. Made entirely from Aisi304 stainless steel all the models have variable speed options that enable simultaneous adjustment of the number of revolutions on the feed auger. It includes a shaft with rubber food blades, a destemmer and a perforated drum in order to optimise the destemming process according to the quality of the degree of grape maturation. The feed auger conveys the grapes into the perforated cylinder where the beater shaft rotating at a low speed device causes removal of the berries from the stalk in a gentle and delicate manner. All the models are equipped with roller unit at the bottom. The rubber rollers are for food use and are self-adjusting. All the models combined with crusher accommodate the destemming-crushing or destemming-non-crushing machine.

To optimise disposal of the stalks CEP produces a stalk chopping machine that can be applied to a destemming-crushing machine with maximum production of 50/60 ton/h of grapes. Thanks to the innovative structure condensed into a small space, a powerful cutting section and an effective system for evacuation of the product that is loaded directly onto a normal palletised container without any intervention required from the operator (container not included) it works alongside the destemming machine from which it receives the stalks and on a 1.5-meter section finally deposits the chopped stalks into a container. The machine includes a panel with start and stop button. The machine is entirely stainless steel with the exception of the rotor and the roller that are in painted steel.
Stalk extractors, cyclones and lattices
The T-series extractors are made from a radial blade impeller, are open and are particularly suitable to allow through
stringy materials such as stalks. Upon request we produce cyclones, poles or lattices in painted iron or completely in Aisi 304 stainless steel.
