VESTO metal frame formwork and formwork for casting walls, pillars,support walls and earth retaining walls as well as vertical-type castings.
This formwork is distinguished in the field for its modularity, versatility, performance and finishing. In terms of modularity, all panels, both
standard and universal, have horizontal elements with 5cm drilled holes. This allows us to use any standard panel as a universal panel when necessary and also to eliminate wood filings. DW15 ad DW20 rods pass through truncated conical bushes. This allows formwork to be used for sloped castings up to a maximum inclination of 6°. VESTO formwork has smooth surface finishing created with RAL 2009 coloured powder coating. This framework comprises a perimeter frame, CU profile beams with a constant pitch of 25cm and a covered with a single 18mm thick, Finnish, multilayer panel with a 220 g/m2 phenolic coating.
