Q:What's the lead-time for my order?

about fifteen thousands monthly when we start production if we have produced the items before..

Q:Can you arrange the freighter forwarder on behalf of your customer?
A:Yes, we can. We are willing to use our customers’ freighter forwarder. Also we would like to recommend you to the freighter forwarder on our side due to the satisfied service they offered.

1.The prices are based on Shenzhen China. You should let us know your air or ocean forwarder’s info when or right after you order is confirmed so that we can arrange the shipping accordingly.
2.The minimum order quantity Actually, we are not intending to be tough to ask you the minim quantity. The question is some of our raw material suppliers have the problem if the qty is getting less or smaller. So, basically, we have to request 300 pcs / color. This will make things going easily. You can order a combination in different items, otherwise. we suggest at least US$2,000.00 per shipment to make the shipping economical.
3.Customized logos. You can use the options: heat-stamping, silk-printing/heat transfer, embroidery, metal badge, silicon patch, etc
4.The delivery leading time is about 20-25 days after confirmation of order. If new material, your logo design or inner box/labels are involved, this process may take longer.
