Main Features
Material frame is equipped with horizontal adjusting platform to assure the correct position of material supply;
The middle part of non-woven material is folded by the machine;
Elastic material is brought to steady traction by tensioner during conveying elastic material;
Automatic Counter is applied;
Three Sets of Ultrasonic Units are applied;
Automatically controlled by converter;
Length Deviation: -1~2mm;
Max Width Deviation:-1~1mm;
The max deviation between the welding position at the two ends and centre of the total distance is 1.5 mm.
