Q 1: What are your main products?Our main products contain ballerina, espadrilles, sandals, sneakers, heels and boots both in girls and ladies sizes.Q 2: You are factory or company?
We are a company with our own factory which specialized in shoes exporting for 20 years.Q 3: Can I get the samples?
Yes, but you need to pay USD80/pair for boots and USD40/pair for other shoes. And we can return back if the order quantity reach to 1200pairs/style. Usually the samples will be made out in 10-14 days.Q 4: How long to make samples?
Usually we need 2 weeks to make the samples.
Q 5: Can I print my logo on the shoes?
Yes, we can print your logo on the shoes if the quantity can reach our factory's MOQ.Q 6: How long the mass production can be produced?
Normally it will takes 45 days after CFM samples are /confirm/ied.Q 7: How can you control the quality for us?
We will confirm samples according to your requirement until get your approval for bulk production. Our professional QC will stay in factory to supervise the bulk production to make sure that factory goes in right way as confirmed samples. Before shipment, if you need we can send shipping sample with correct packing for you to check.Q 8: Packing Details?
1. Each pair in one poly bag or box. Considering the long shipping, we advise 1 weaved plastic bag over 1 carton.
2. 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 or 18 pairs in one carton, we will choose the best packing to reduce your shipping cost.Q 9: acceptable payment terms?
1. 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70%b balance against copy of B/L;
2. L/C at sight
