Ejector Pin are made from the finest grade of SKD61 hotwork die steel. The heads are hot forged and stress relieved for uniform grain flow and high tensile strength.The surface is ion nitride coated to a hardness of HV 1000°±100°. The core of vacuumed pin is hardened to HRC 52°±2°. Our coating is done in a proprietary process that produces an ideal combination of toughness and long life. The high surface finish reduces friction and increases pin service life. If you need we could reach the tolerance to 0.002mm.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 2 days of inventory.It is 7-30 days produce an order from MOQ to 40HQ container. But the exact delivery time might be depend on different quantity.
