1.Machine outline
Slitting machine is a pre-press and post-press equipment that divides a large volume of paper, film, non-woven fabric, aluminum foil, mica tape and other thin materials into small rolls of different widths,is commonly used in paper making machinery and printing and packaging machinery.
Slitters continuously move from single-motor control to dual-motor, three-motor development, and are more stable and efficient under faster machine speeds.
The main feature of the slitter is that the magnetic powder clutch acts as a resistance device. A DC voltage is output to control the resistance generated by the magnetic powder clutch through system control.The main advantage is that it is a passive device that can control less tension.
Features:
1.The unwinding adopts the non-shaft core (air shaft feeding), the material is clamped by the screw rod, and it is electrically-strained; The use of hydraulic pressure to achieve lifting operation of the rack.
2.Each roller is affixed with anti-slip tape.
3.The rewinding adopts the precise slip air rising shaft; pneumatic mechanical arm support, pneumatic positioning; equipped with unloading rack.
4.The rectifying actuator is a high-speed static encoder with a stroke of 120 mm.
5.Slitting with circular blade and anvil blade.
6.The system has functions of meter counting, coil diameter calculation, and material breaking protection, achieving constant metering and constant volume diameter slitting;
