1.Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Longjiang town, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, it takes about 1.5 hours by car from GZ. If you by Metro to foshan, please seat to Kuiqi lu station.
2. Do you provide samples before we place an order?
Yes, we can provide most of the product samples but we will charge a little sample feeand freight should be collected by your side.If you place an order from our factory, we will return the sample fee to you.
3. What is the order process?
Confirm the contract with us---30% deposit payment---Start production---Take photos for your /confirm/i---70% balance payment---Booking shipment---Load container---Send documents.
4. How long for the delivery time?
Normally, the production time is 15 days for 20GP container, 20 days for 40GP container and 25 days for 40HQ container. The shipping time is according to your seaport.
5. How long will my chairs be warranty?
We have 3 years warranty under the right use .The chair frame we have 5 years warranty.When loading container, we will prepare some oil painting and other parts in the container. If your chair scratches in future, you can repair it.
6. How can I receive my order from seaport?
You can find a customs clearance company to help you collect the cargo from seaport or use our local agent. We will send the informations of local agent when cargo on vessel.
