1. What is the delivery time of shipment?
Usually, we dispatch the trial orders within 6 days. The production time of quantity depends upon order size. Please discuss with one of our sales managers about the delivery time for your order.

2. How long does the shipment take to reach from the date of dispatch of goods?
DHL for sample shipping takes 4-7 days. The average time for air shipping is 10-12 days, sea shipping can take 14-20 days on average though it can be quicker for most of the times.
3. Where can I find information on shipping costs?
Please contact with order details and desired shipping cost and we will provide you with a shipping quotation.

4. Give us some packaging details?
Usually, each and every product is packed in polyethylene bags, and then these products are packed in cardboard boxes to send you directly. Special instructions may also be followed on request with additional cost.

5. Do you offer free Samples?
We offer free samples services for manufacturing quality evaluation. For this, they need to pay for courier charges if the requested sample is for one product unit in our design and product plus shipping charges for sample in your design.
