Product Description
The machine is used for filling all kinds of powder into bottles/cans/jars/Tins etc. It's designed according the GMP standard. Due to the special design, it fits the fluid or low fluidity materials packing, such as milk powder, white sugar coffee powder, coffee, spice powder, solid beverage, dextrose, pharmaceuticals, and agriculture pesticide, granular additive, dyestuff, and so on.
Product feature
1. The main parts of machine is made by stainless steel 304 material. Use combined type or open type transparent material hopper, easily washable without tools.
2. Servo motor or servo drive control the screw.
3. Under the container salver,having a weight sensor. According to the preset weight, the machine can do quickly or slowly filling to ensure high precision packing.
4. Weighing system with high response speed ensures high precision achieved.
5. Weight feedback and proportion track design can avoid the change of material weight with the change of specific gravity, to ensure the packing accuracy.
6. A variety of products formula with different parameters can be stored. 10 formula stored a most.
