When tiling an area subjected to moisture, chemical damage, or just frequent wear-and-tear, choosing an epoxy grout installation process is always a smart move.
Epoxy grout is renowned for high strength and chemical resistance, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of specialist applications. Properties before Hardening Application
1. Gap beautified for joint filing, waterproof, mildew proof of various ceramic tiles, glass bricks, quartz bricks, ceramic panel bricks,mosaic and so on.
2. Gap beautified for the gap, floor and wall edge banding of the table-board in kitchen, shower room, toilet, windowsill, table surface and so on.


Method of Construction
1. Clean the slot to make sure that there is no water and powder in it,avoiding air spots and easy spaying after construction.
2. Paste textured paper or adhesive tape at slot side, and then carryout gluing.
3. Use effr-stving glue for construction, squeeze out about 20cm glue stock and abandon it, making sure the glue stock is mixed evenly.
4. Gluing is carried out along the gap, the diameter of glue outlet shall be less than the width of gap. Follow the principle of Better less than more to avoid overflow of the glue.
5. After gluing, round bar shall be used to level and straighten the glue tape, then tear the textured paper or adhesive tape before the colloid gets dry. In case of overflow of the glue, it can be wiped away by ethyl alcohol or be shoveled by perching knife after the glue is so life.
6. The glue gets solidified after standing for 3-5 hours, and fully solidified the next day, showing bright as porcelain.
Attention
1. In the process of construction, if the p squeezed out, users need to change a new mixing tube.
2. For unused glue in the glue tube, users shall firstly screw off the mixing tube, wipe the glue overflowing the head of rubber tube, then screw up the glue cover for storage, next time, the unused glue can continue to be used after changing a new mixing tube.
3.
