How thick is the powder layer that covers on your aluminum profile?

We can do any colours as per RAL Standard Colour or your colour sample.
The normal powder coating is 60-80 um thick.

What's the thickness of oxidation film?
Can you make 15 um?
A:
Our ordinary thickness is about 10 um. We can do 15 um and above.

What colour you can do for wood grain?
A:
We can do according to customized colour samples you provided.

Normally, our MOQ is 500KG for each item.

T/T: 30% deposit for starting production, balance paid before shippment.

We can also make as per customers' requirements.
How long is your lead time for production?
Generally we can finish production in 15-20 days after we received 30% deposit if we have ready-made moulds. It takes 7 days to make new moulds.
