Application:
This is an automatic shrinking wrapping machine specialy designed for rolled objects shrinking,such as textile rolls,paper rolls,carpet rolls,etc. the wrapped package is well-protected & sealed & looks more tidy. It can improve work efficiency and save labor cost. The machine can be connected to the packing line for automatically wrapping.
Basic Features:
1. It can be combined with an automatic production line for automatic shrink wrapping, which including packing material feeding, sealing, material recover,etc.
2. Full sides shrinking packaging.
3. Adopts photo electricity for inducing the products for fix the position.
4. Two feed-in modes, auto/manual can be choosing,
5. Adopts PE shrink film on rolls,the machine will seal automatically.
6. Precise temperature control for cutter.
7. According to different collocations for the machine and different products
8. Constant temperature heat sealing and cutting system is suitable for PE. PVC. POF etc, industrial standard shrink films.
9. The sealing width is adjustable for different products
10. The front feed-in systems speed is adjustable, combines a worktable at the end of the tunnel, makes whole machine highly automatic with automatic running without an operator.
11. Hi-speed hot air circulating shrink tunnel.
12. Sealing system: permanently heated seal bar with easy-exchangeable
sealing blade without odorous, temperature controlled and detected by PLC.
13. Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs. Trouble can be shown automatically.
