AIDS detection reagent is used to qualitatively detect HIV-I/HIV-2 antibodies in human serum or plasma and is suitable for clinical assistant diagnosis and donor screening.
Storage conditions:
1. The storage condition of the kit is 2-30℃ and the expiry date is one year. Each component of the unopened kit can be stored at 2-30℃ until the expiry date of the finished product.
2. After the bag is opened and used, the remaining bag shall be covered by the strip with self-adhesive sealing film and put into the sealing bag.
3. Other components of the kit should be put back to 2-30℃ in time after use.
HIV can survive for up to 15 days at room temperature in a tightly controlled tissue culture medium in the laboratory.
Some studies have shown that the survival time of HIV in isolated blood is determined by the amount of virus in isolated blood, and that blood with high levels of virus can remain active even when it is left dry at room temperature for 96 hours. Even a drop of blood the size of the tip of a needle, if encountered in a fresh lymphocyte, HIV can continue to replicate in it, and can still be transmitted.
Our company also provides other domestic kits: dengue fever, malaria, new heart loss three, accelerator helicobacter pylori safety detection kit
Acquisition:
Plasma: Samples were collected using an anticoagulant plasma tube. After centrifugation, the plasma was extracted for detection.
Serum: Specimens are collected using correct medical techniques. After centrifugation, serum samples were extracted for detection.
Storage: The sample can be stored in refrigerator at 2-30℃ for determination within 24 hours. If it needs to be stored for a long time, it should be frozen below -20℃ to avoid repeated freezing-thawing. The above samples should be brought to room temperature before use, gently shake and mix well. If sediment is formed in the specimen, it should be removed by centrifugation and be sure that it has not deteriorated before use. Specimens of severe hemolysis or lipid blood should not be used.
