Intended Use]
This kit is used for the determination of helicobacter pylori antibody IgG in human serum.
[Principle of Detection]
The basic principle of this kit is turbidimetry.Helicobacter pylori antigen was adsorbed on latex particles, and specific antibodies in the diluted human serum were bound to the antigen through incubation. After incubation, the change in absorbance generated was proportional to the concentration of specific antibodies in the test samples.
[Limitations of testing Methods]
The results of serum samples collected during acute infection may be IgG negative.
The test results should be considered in conjunction with clinical manifestations or other diagnostic methods or indicators.
