PT tube is mainly used for coagulation testing (PT/APTT/TT/FBG) and the guidance for clinical therapeutic drug monitoring and detection of coagulation factors. The additive is 3.2% sodium citrate and concentration ratio for additives and blood is 1:9.Mixing Requirements: After blood collection, turn the tube upside down with 180 degree and shake it 3-4 times carefully.Centrifugation Conditions: PET tube:10-15 minutes' centrifugation at 2000-2500g,room temperature 25℃.Glass tube:15 minutes' centrifugation at 1500g,room temperature 25℃.
