The kit is a kind of urine test equipment that does not need any instrument, adopt immune chromatography technology to test cocaine qualitatively in urine.
Test Principle
Adopting highly specific antibody-antigen reaction and combining with Gold Immunochromatography Assay (GICA), the test kit is used to detect cocaine in urine with high specific sensitivity competition method.When testing, the urine chromatography up under the capillary effect. If the concentration of COC in urine is lower than 300ng/ml, colloidal gold antibody can't combine with COC completely. In this way, colloidal gold antibody will be combined with COC conjugates that fixed on membrane in the chromatography process, there will appear a purple strip in test area (T).If the concentration of COC in urine is higher than 300ng/ml, colloidal gold combine with COC completely, there will appear no purple strip in test area (T).During the testing process, because of lacking antibody-antigen reaction competitive reaction, there will appear a purple strip in test area (T).

Storage and Expiry
Store at room temperature 4-30 ℃, avoid hot and sunshine, dry place, not frozen, valid for 24months.
