Application:
This woven bag cutting & sewing & printing machine is mainly used to cut the half finished tubular woven fabric roll into sheets and then sew and print it to get finished bags. The machine also can collect the finished bags together to save labor cost.
Product characteristics:
(1)Automatically complete fixed length hot cutting, folding, bottom stitching, thread breaking, printing, bagging and counting of woven bags and drums to save labor;
(2)Electric winding, automatic deviation correction;
(3) PLC touch screen control, color man-machine interface, set data display record;
(4) Printing uses screen sticks and cots to transfer ink and guide ink evenly, save ink and print with high clarity and smoothness.
(5) The printing stick is automatically tracked and separated to start a soft color register accurately.
(6) Frequency conversion speed regulation, automatic adjustment of seam printing;
(7) Automatic counting, bag folding and fixed displacement;
(8) Single slit, slit, seam, printing and receiving can be integrated.
