One unit (U) of acid protease activity is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μg tyrosine per minute from substrate casein at PH 3.0 and 4.0.
Application (Detaied dosage should be depending on ingredients and other considerations)
1.In the alcohol fermentation, adding this enzyme can validly hydrolyze the protein in material, damage the cytoderm structure between granular material, be in favor of the function of sugar enzyme, increase the available carbon of the material which can improve the rate of coming out of wine of the material.
Recommended dosage: 50-150g/t (100000 U/g)
Batch fermentation of alcohol: Add acid protease after filling 1/3 of the ingredients.
Continuous fermentation: Add acid protease at the first fermentation tank of per batch.
2. In the processing wool fiber and dying of textile industry, It can enhance the strength of fabrics, non felt. Recommended dosage 100000 U/g acid protease is 0.6-2.0% (owf), pH 3.0-3.5, temperature 40-50, bath ratio 1:20-40, time 60-90 min.
3. In the fermentation of vinegar and distillate spirits of food field, it can promote the growth and cultivation of microzyme, improve fermentation speed.
Recommended dosage: 150-200g/t (100000 U/g)
Application Notice
1. When the acid Protease for solid type is used ,they should dissolve in the water with the proportion of 1:20.at the temperature of 30-40.
2. When the acid Protease is used in fermentation industry, the speed of fermentation is quickened, the rising temperature is rapid for fermentation.Temperature should never be over 40.

1. This product is natural enzyme. It is harmless to human, but it will stimulate skin, eyes and mucosal tissue if touched for a long time. The operator should be suggested to wear a mask and eyepatch.
2. Avoid the inhalation of mist or dust of enzyme.
