This 25KG bag packaging line consists of two parts: packing system and palletizing system.

Part 1 automatic packing system

1) Platform(According to the actual size)Standard marerial is carbon steel with powder coated(paint color optional), stainless steel also can be customized.
This part for weighing and filling your product before packing it into the bags. Weighing range from 5kg to 25kg & 20kg to 50kg(different model)
First one: gravity type_ for granular(gravity + vibration can be provided to meet the particle packaging with higher speed
requirements)
Second one: screw type_ for powder(vertical spiral form can be provided to meet the ultra-fine powder packaging project)
Third one: belt type_ for flaky
Step 1
High performance suction cups pick up the empty bags from the magazine and place it onto the filling position.

Step 2
Holding the bag by 4 high polymer material bag clamp and open the bag by suction cups.
