how to make the product
1. Sculpture prototype : based on the information and imagery that you provide, a sample prototype is produced ( we will confirm every step with you when sculpt the protoype from the processes ( mud sample, pu sample and pu sample with color), if there is any step of the shape you don't like, we will modify it according to the valuable informationyou advised.
2. Tooling making : we will start making tooling based on the prototype approved about 20-25 days, the tooling can be finished,
3. Manufacturing : once tooling finished, we will test the mould and remake the sample of the mass production to you for /confirm/i, once you approved, we can start to produce the mass products,Production times for plastics and vinyl following the creation of the molds are usually in the range of 25-35 days.
4.Delivery :once production is completed, delivery times via ocean are approximately 25-35 days, while air freight times can vary from 2-10 days depending on the freight carrier. Rush orders are usually possible for an additional fee.
