The common size of sea cages used in Japan is 10mx10mx10m. On the other hand, that of our huge sea cages called ''Hirobiro Ikesu'' is 60mx40mx25m(D) and we do low density farming so our fish can exercise more abundantly compared to fish in normal size cages. This is the reason why we can offer fish that has firm texture like wild fish.
Under hygiene management with HACCP, we process 1,500 fish on average everyday according to orders and deliver to all over the world. (Except for bad weather like typhoon)
We have HACCP certification verified by the global leading certification body, SGS Japan. This is a rare case in the world and the first case in Japan but we obtained HACCP certification for all through our production line from fish farm to processing plant. We are always challenging ourselves to strive to promote Japanese food culture to the world.
