Product Description
The main parts of FLT-6016LT series laser tube cutting machines are: machine host, control system, low-voltage electrical system,laser, chiller, and exhaust fan etc.
The machine is mainly used for round tube, square tube, rectangular tube, elliptical tube and waist tube of common carbon steel,stainless steel and other materials. The circumscribed dimension of cutting workpiece is Φ Φ15mm-φ165mm, and the maximum length of material is 6000mm.




Three chucks

This model compare to our other models, main difference is it has three linkage chucks. All of them can be moved.
Advantage for this design:

1) it can come true zero tailing length in some cases.

2) Customer can do cutting holes or any shapes on the original long tube. For example, cut holes on whole tube, or cut the two
ends at one original tube.

3) The rear chuck is hollow design, which can connect the air pipes with exausted fan, so when do cutting the tube end part, it
can blow the cutting slag, to avoid it coming into the rear chuck.

The middle and front chuck are all sealed type, so when do cutting, it can avoid cutting slag and any dust coming into the chucks.
