Operation attentions of press brake tooling.
1.Bending plate need press the lowest position with delay function,and avoid the plate hurt workers.
2.When you choose notch,you need buy 8 times thickness of plate,such as, 4mm plate ,you need choose 32mm width notch.
3. Check the upper and lower die bending machine coincidence degree and robustness; check the positioning device conform to the requirements or not.

Notch width of the tooling slection
Regarding the notch selection of press brake tooling,generally you need choose 8 times thickness of plate as the width of notch.Such as you want to bend 4mm sheet ,you need select 32mm notch width.
