Make the pipe shaping faster and more smoothly,and lower extrusion waste.
Water spraying cooling tank
To cool and shape the pipe in a further step,the water is in spraying condition,it is better than simole immersion-type water cooling tank,this can ensure the pipe cool and shape better,avoid the possibility of pipe being out of shape due to water buoyancy,to make the pipe quality perfect.


Caterpillar haul-off machine
Hauling speed is under frequency controlling.Equipped with reversal rotation controlling device.
Saw cutter
Pipe cutting length is controlled automatically.
