Result judgment:

Abnormal changes of blue positive cells
The strong positive cells of dark blue have obvious heteromorphic changes
Slowly pink or yellow:
It shows that there is more mucus in the sample, and there is still the possibility of showing blue. The observation time should be extended for another 5 minutes, and the color change after 10 minutes has no diagnostic significance.
