First-class Equipments
“To do good work, we must first sharpen our tools”. Advanced equipment is the guarantee of producing first-class products. We have invested in the most advanced equipments available in the domestic market and even in the world. We have fully automatic high-speed warping machines from Karl Mayor in Germany(warping speed 1000m/min), wide rapier loom from Dornier (width 4.3 meters). It’s truly few in Asia who have those imported machinese.
In order to improve the impregnation quality and efficiency, we cooperated with the famous Italian design companies and the domestic top professional equipment manufactures. We developed the first PLC control of high speed, precise dipping machine in China(dipping speed is 10 times of the existing equipment, product tensile strength increased by more than 80%, and the product surface finish, density, wear resistance and uniformity are greatly improved). Compared to the similar products in China, we also improved the quality level. At present, we have a set of fully automatic high-speed warping machine, Dornier wide rapier loom 15 sets, 10 dipping production lines, 2 coating production lines, 5 FTPE membrane professional production lines (annual production capacity about 1 million square meters).

A: we are a manufacturer , have our own machine forWeaving and coating.We are located in Taixingcity, Jiangsu Province. It takes about 1 ~2 hours from Shanghaitoour factory.
