Q: How long is your delivery time?A: Sample orders: Generally it is 1-2 working days if the goods are in stock. Otherwise, it is about 2 weeks based on the material time.Bulk orders: Around 45 working days more or less after receiving confirmation and payment. We buy materials for orders. The lead time is including material production time.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Sample payment and order payment<=10,000USD, 100% T/T in advance. Order Payment>=10,000USD, 50% T/T in advance , balance 10 days before shipment.Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes. about our available products, please provide your Express account, we could send samples to you within 3-5 working days. about your customized sample, please send the actual product to us, we will spend about 5 working days to make the sample for you according to your actual product. You need to pay the cost of our sample and the Express cost.
