Triple Filtering System:
Mesh Screens to clean the visible contaminant including hair and large ashes;

6.Why is water turned yellow when W1 Smart Pet Drinking Fountain is used to filter water for the first time?
When the filter element is used for the first time, some residue of raw materials being left in the package, the filter element needs to be soaked into water for two minutes before it is put into the drinking fountain for use (ingredient in yellow water are toxic-less and harmless, it is ion exchange resin. If a little black powder appears in the water, it is normal, for it is residual substance of activate carbon).
7.How often shall the filter element be changed?
W1 Intelligent Drinking Fountain has a filter element change prompt, and it shall be changed when the yellow light is on.
8.How should the filter be changed?
Turn off the power, take out the water storage tray and the old filter element. After soak the new filter element for two minutes, put it on the filter element tray and put it back to the water storage tray. Turn on the power, hold the black reset button on the bottom for 5 seconds and it can be used normally.
9.How often shall W1 Smart Pet Drinking Fountain be cleaned? And what shall be used for cleaning it?
It had better be cleaned once a week. Just clean it with general detergent.
10.My dog/cat is small in size, can it reach water?
Any pet with shoulder height of over 15cm can use it normally, and the dogs or cats of young age will grow up quickly.
11.After W1 Smart Pet Drinking Fountain is filled with water, how long a dog/cat can drink water from it?
Daily water drinking quantity of each dog/cat is different, which is subject to actual situations. When it lacks water, the blue indicator on the barrel body will be on, just add water as prompted.

Water and electricity separation design is adopted for W1 Smart Pet Drinking Fountain . After the device body is secured, in daily use, only the inner barrel is taken out for adding water or for cleaning. If your pet has the habit to bite, the master can use a cable protective sleeve or fix with a tape to prevent it from biting, and you need not to worry about the inconvenience for use brought by it.
The water pump is of dry burning resistance design, and the water pump will cut off power automatically to stop working when water level is too low in the Drinking Fountain to prevent from empty running and drying burning.
Power adapter of W1 Smart Pet Drinking Fountain is of DC 12V low voltage output, and no danger of life will be caused in case your pet bites at the power cable.
14.Will the dog with long hair at the mouth be wetted with water?
The dog with long hair at the mouth needs to be shaved often. W1 Smart Pet Drinking Fountain ensures your pet to be healthy by feeding it sufficient water and improving water quality, but hair of your pet should be cared by yourself.
