Product Description
The machine is used for rough/precise grinding,polishing and bottom edge of straight bevel edge of float glass. The conveyor belt adopts a rolling bearing structure,and the bearing adopts a thickended bearing,so that the friction force during glass processing is small,the conveying is more stable,the rear plate can be self-ground on the machine,and the precision can be maintained for a longtime. Automatic and manual oil syestem are installed respectively,which can be keep the whole machine working under good lubrication conditions and make it stable during operation.clamp plate cleaning machine can be installed on the front and rear guide rails for cleaning the front and rear conveying plates during grinding. The electrical control syestem adopts imported electrical components.When PLC is used ,automatic or manual can be selected. The man-machine interface displays parameters such as thickness of processed glass,angle of bevel edge,width of bevel edge and remainng thickness of bottom edge.The processing speed is controlled by frequency convertor with stepless speed change.
