1.Overview
JR-QX-500 glass washing and drying machine, used for cleaning and drying of flat glass; cleaning thickness 3mm-20mm, cleaning speed 2-5m/min (stepless speed regulation), the maximum cleaning width reaches 0.5 meters;

9. Preparation before cleaning glass:
Turn on the water pump, open the spray valve of the sponge roller, turn the
spray pipe to adjust the spray angle, wait for the sponge roller to soften, and
finally turn off the spray switch of the sponge roller;
10. Startup and shutdown sequence:
Turn on: drive on → fan on → water pump on → temperature control on → glass cleaning
Shutdown: temperature control off → water pump off → transmission off → wind machine → power off;
11. Maintenance:
Add oil at once to the chain and gear every six months;
12. Matters needing attention
1•Adjust the cleaning speed, which must be adjusted when the
machine rotates;
2•The water is dirty, clean and change frequently;
3•When shutting down, after the temperature control is turned off,the
fan can only be turned off after running for at least 1 minute;
4•If the machine is not used for a long time, please confirm that the sponge stick must be in a soft state before turning on the power to open the drive.
