1.Connect the three poles together by inserting one into another .
2.Rotate the feet outward under the metal banner base so they are in the position shown in this photo .Insert the pole into the round hole in the base and push all the way down into the bottom groove to stabilize the pole and avoid it from shaking

3.Step on the feet of banner,pull the graphic out .
4.Insert the edge of the metal trim bar at the top of the banner into the groove on the top of the poleplastic cap to hold the banner in the open position .
