Q. Can I have some samples to test or my own samples?

A: Of course you can. We have 3 options for samples:
1. Free samples of our previous card lottery card are available, you only need to pay the shipping cost.
2. Digital print samples: uncut sheets with your artwork including card face, back, digital samples color can only be matched with offset pint about 70%-80%.
3. Formal sample (physical sample). Sample color can match with product color about 90-95%.
Q. What file format shall I use?
A: JPG (Minimum 300 dpi), PNG, PSD, PDF, AI.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Normally orders under 2 million card, it takes 7-10 days for production after confirmation of final e-proofs and receiving deposit. To make sure you receive your order in time, please advertise the delivery time, so we can arrange it, even for urgent orders.
