1)What’s your products` material?
We have two kinds of material which are:
a. 100% biodegradable modified polylactide resin (PLA)
b. 100%biodegradable thermoplastic starch/PBAT resin.
All of our products made of this two kind of material.
2) Are you a manufacture?
Yes, we are. We have our own factory for manufacture. Meanwhile, we are Trade Company, too.
3) What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
a.The size of the products (length x width x thickness).
b. The material
c. The print color
d. The quantity
e. What Price do you want, EXW, FOB, CRF or others? If CRF, tell us your destination port.
If it is possible, please provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying.
If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
4) How can I place order?
You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.
5) How can I pay you?
After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay the deposit. 30% deposist and balance payment should be paid upon copy BL. LC is also OK.
6)How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
Replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
7) how to control the quality well ?
We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
a. check the raw material one by one step.
b.check raw material sample before mass production
c. quality checking during 20% mass production
d.quality checking during 80% mass productio
e. Pack the goods with accurate quantity with +/- 5%, we have counting machine for checking.
