1.Usage
Caster: Install on handling carts or machines, pushing by intermittent power, used for carry and handling. Please choose right casters according to the usage and conditions.
2.Maximum load capacity
When choosing casters, please take the total load of the handling carts as a selection standard. The maximum load in the forms is the maximum load limit for single caster.
3.Caster installation
Please observe the following tips:
A,use the same series casters
B,make sure a level install plane
C,swivel casters, make sure rotation axle vertical
D,use the right size bolts, screws and washers, screw up the caster tightly till no any spaces.
4.Brake
There are double-sides brake, side brake and total brake, usually the factory will choose right side brake without any special instruction.
Casters with brake may be worn after long time usage and reduce the braking ability. So please check the brake when you use the caster, and avoid strong shocks.
A,please braked fully by your feet with shoes.
B,please don’t pushing anyway under braking conditions.
C,please don’t put the carts on slopes under braking conditions.
D,please don’t brake under pushing and rolling conditions.
5.Maintenance
Checking the installation part and make sure if the axle has come loose, checking if there are odds and ends around the rotation axle, cleaning in time. If the wheel and the metal part has come cracking, breakage, deformation, degradation or wear, please change new products in time.
