Product Description
I.KYN28A-1211kV withdrawable indoor AC metal-clad enclosed high voltage switch gear is suitable for 3.6~15kV three-phase AC power network of 50Hz. The equipment can be used for power distribution and control, monitoring and protection of the power circuit. It can be applied to the singular bus, and double bus system. Shield is composed of aluminum, zinc and bolt, enjoying high mechanical strength. The painted doors of cabinet make the device nice-looking and elegant.
II.Operating Environment
1)Ambient temperature:-10°C-+40°C;
2)Altitude: high voltage ≤1000Meter, low voltage ≤2000Meter (technical department will design specially if exceeds);
3)Relative humidity:≤85%
4)Seismic intensity:≤ magnitude 8;
5)Apply to the places have no fire,no explosion danger, no serious pollution,no chemical corrosion and no violent vibration
IV. Design & Structure
The switch cabinet is metal-clad. Its structure design accords with the standards GB3906-91, IEC298, DL404 and DL402. The crust structure is made of steel plates by means of bending and welding, which are joined by bolts. The hand buggy panel is the door of cabinet. The bosom of switch cabinet is divided into a breaker chamber, a main bus bar chamber, a cable chamber and a relay chamber by metal partitions. The degree of protection of the entire crust and compartments is IP2X equally. All the metal structures are connected to ground reliably. All the compartments of main circuit system have pressure release channels for independent exhaust.
