Q: What is the warranty for your mattress?
A: Mattress: We offer 5 years warranty for spring mattress, 3 years warranty for foam mattress.
Q: What is the packing of your mattress?
A: We have 2 packing ways, one is roll up mattess in a and packed into brown caton , second is compress in one pallet .
Q: What is your lead time?
A: We will provide the easiest delivery services possible according to customers requirements. Normally, it is around 20-30 days for 40HQ after the deposit is received.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is a 40HQ. Different model can mix full container. But each model should meet 30pcs. We also accept 1*20 GP. But need 300USD extra charge to cover our export local charge.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.
Q: Where is your loading port?
A: Shanghai
Q: What is your sample policy?
