Q: What is the warranty for your mattress?
A: Sofa: We offer 2 years warranty for the adjustable mattress, 5 years warranty for spring & memory mattress non-compressed mattress, 3 years warranty for spring & memory compressed mattress.
Q: What is the packing of your mattress?
A: 1 polybag and 1 grey non-woven bag for packed by pallet (Flat compress), 1 polybag for packaged by carton.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: 25 days once we confirm your deposit.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 30pcs. Different model with different color to mix full container. We also accept 1*20 GP. But need 300USD extra charge to cover our export local charge.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: TT or LC at sight.
Q: Where is your loading port?
A: Shanghai.
Q. Can I have a sample order ?
A:Yes, we will offer free sample, but you should pay for the sample cost first. We will return the sample cost when you make the bulk order later.
