Q: How about your sample policy ?
A: Currently there are 20 to 30 new prototypes are developed every month. In order that you can get your prototype earlier, please arrange sample payment once sample order is /confirm/ied. All prototypes are planned according to the time of payment. Sample charge can be refunded once your order amount up to a certain level. Usually sample takes 3 to 12 working days. For more details, please check with us.

Q: What is your usual payment terms ?
A: 30% deposit upon order /confirm/iation, balance paid before shipment; or L/C at sight.
