The dosage of the syrup is also large, which is suitable for long and simple surface treatment.      The pre-spray treatment equipment system uses a centrifugal water pump to form a high-pressure atomization effect from the nozzle through the pipeline to achieve the purpose of cleaning. The utility model has the advantages of high-pressure atomization effect, cleans the surface of the workpiece, and recycles the cleaning liquid, thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection, generally suitable for mass production of the production line, and has good effects, and is widely used in household appliances, hardware, lighting, toys, automobiles. Parts and other industries. ● Drying and curing equipment:      The drying and curing furnace mainly provides a baking and curing temperature environment for the coating, and the hot air is circulated and heated in the oven, the heat efficiency is high, the temperature in the furnace is balanced, and energy is saved. The heat source can be widely selected from electricity, coal, oil, gas, and biological particles.      The oven insulation layer is filled with aluminum silicate cotton or rock wool. Electric energy heating: The equipment cost is low, the use cost is high, and there is no pollution.      2, fuel heating: equipment cost is slightly higher, the cost of use is general, slightly polluted.      3. Coal-fired heating: Low equipment cost, low cost of use and serious pollution.      4, particle heating: high cost of equipment, low cost of use, pollution.      5, gas heating: equipment cost is generally low, the use of low cost, no pollution. ● Powder & paint recycling equipment (commonly known as dusting room):           It consists of a chamber body, a powder spray gun, an automatic reciprocating machine, a powder supply device, a recovery device, an air suction device and an electric control.In order to obtain higher recovery efficiency and color change speed, large cyclone primary recovery and secondary recovery of filter element can be used. The recovery wind is soft, and the powder sprayed by the spray gun is partially absorbed by the workpiece, and the excess powder passes under the action of the fan. The cyclone barrel is recycled and transported to the sieving machine for recycling. The ultra-fine powder is absorbed by the filter element twice, and the powder is dropped by the electromagnetic pulse valve backflushing, and falls into the recovery tank for full recycling. The recycling rate is about 95%. The recycling method has the advantages of convenient color change, simple cleaning, and small floor space.     2, paint recycling equipment (commonly known as spray booth):           It consists of chamber body, water curtain plate, water pump pipeline, air suction device, purification device and electronic control. The water curtain spray booth uses the functions of the water curtain plate, the bottom scroll plate and the baffle plate to complete the filtering paint mist to achieve the effect of purifying the exhaust gas. During work, the air containing the paint mist is under the action of the gravitational force of the ventilator, and the water flowing out of the overflow tank forms the water surface of the water curtain and the pool directly in front of the water flow. When the paint mist hits the water curtain or the pool surface, it will be adsorbed by the water. The secondary impact of the scroll falls into the water and accumulates in the water tank. The paint mist that does not touch the water curtain enters the back of the spray booth from the lower part of the water curtain, is washed by the spray mist, and collects the paint mist twice. The paint mist collides with the water mist in the dehydration chamber to form a water droplet containing the paint mist, and falls into the lower portion of the dehydration chamber to be stored in the water tank, and the separated air is discharged to the outside by the fan. This part of the air belongs to the exhaust gas emission. It can be equipped with a purification tank or exhaust gas treatment equipment to treat the harmful substances such as benzene, toluene and xylene in the exhaust gas to the national secondary discharge standard of GB 16297-1996. ● Suspended conveyor equipment:     The suspended conveyor chain system is an important part of the coating line and is responsible for conveying the product to different process points for surface treatment. The conveyor is generally of overhead type, which can freely choose the hoisting route and effectively utilize the space. It is mainly composed of chain rails, brackets, turning and lifting rails, driving devices, tensioning adjustment devices and lubrication devices.The specific instructions are as follows:      1. Chain: The hanging conveyor line is moved by the chain in the track, and is combined with the chain by the spreader to take charge of the load. The structure is: there are vertical and horizontal rollers at each pitch, and the ball bearings for the longitudinal rollers that carry the load are used to reduce the frictional resistance during the migration.      2. Track: A unit that guides the chain to move up, down, left, and right, and is formed by steel plate.      3. Brackets: Most of the track brackets are divided into two types: one is light load reuse, which is the method of hanging from the floor of the floor, and the other is heavy load reuse, that is, the pillar support method, both methods use angle steel and Made of channel steel.      4. Turning and lowering track: The hanging conveying line is also called the universal chain conveyor. Therefore, the turning and lifting of the direction must be coordinated by the horizontal elbow and the lifting elbow.      5. Drive device: It is a crawler drive type, which is composed of a three-phase AC motor, a worm gear reducer, a transmission chain tension adjuster, a drive sprocket, a shear pin and a drive track chain.      6.
