The device is a kind of opening high and normal-frequency jet ventilator with pressure regulating and time circling form. Its principle is: Under the airway opening state, choosing high pressure gas power (O2 or compressed air) and high gas flow, rhythmically jet gas into airway through an electronic automatically controlled route, to prolong the time for gas exchange.
The ventilator adopts opening ventilation mode with high frequency and little quantity of tidal air, so the airway pressure is low and it has less effect on blood stream recycling to heart, the resisting force is also small when breathing.
With its function of pressure supporting, the ventilator is good to increase the consumption of the function of patient’s respiratory muscle. The ventilator also adopts the hardened tube system and the mechanical cavity is small. Especially fit for infants.

INTRODUCTION
·Treat ventilation adynamia, ARDS.
·For asphyxia, cardiac arrest, lung edema, lung bleeding, idiopathic and secondary asphyxia of premature, central ventilator adynamia, caused by intracranial infection and so on.
·Treat acute asthmatic infants.
·Assist treating infective polyneuritis, poliomyelitis of infants.
·Assist to ventilation control during the operation of infants on heart and breast, especially fit for ventilation control to the infants who are arrhythmias with ventilation adynamia.

VENTILATION MODES
Ventilation control: Under this mode adjust ventilate frequency, I/E ratio and working pressure, according to the situation of infants. Supplying oxygen can insert in trachea not only through the pipe but also through nasal vestibule to jet (that is assistance oxygen feeder).
Pro I Ventilation Mode: Major in high frequency and subsidiary in regular frequency during a ventilation cycle. It is benefit for increasing oxygen partial pressure of infants in a short while.
Pro Ⅱ Ventilation Mode: Major in regular-frequency and subsidiary in high frequency during a ventilation cycle. It not only insure the content of blood and oxygen but also is good to draw off CO2 during a long-term ventilation control.
Continuous Positive Pressure Ventilation Mode (CPAP): Superimpose autonomic ventilation bases on continuous positive pressure in airway.
High-Frequency Jet Ventilation + Sigh (HFJV+SIGH): Good for pulmonary alveolus which collapse during the mechanic ventilation control to restore.
