Our headquarter is located in Hangzhou Hengsheng Park. 1.Q: What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our MOQ is 1000 pairs for 1 design. You may order up to 2 colors and 5 sizes for each design.2.Q: My business is small and don't need 1000 pairs, but I really love your shoes, what should I do?
A: It's ok. We're here to help. You can still place your order, but the price will be much higher than our MOQ quotes. Please contact our salesfor a quote.

3.Q: I need to test the quality of the shoes. May I order a pair of sample? How much does it cost?
A: Yes, of course. You can order a pair of sample and put your logo on it. Our sample fee is $30 to $100 per pair + shipping. The cost ofsample depends on the shoe design. 4.Q: I want OEM or shoes that are not in the catalog, can you do it?
A: Yes, we definitely can. Customized logos can be added to your products as well. Just send us the pictures and/or designs of what you'dlike to make and we'll make it just for you!5.Q: What's the payment terms?
A: For samples invoices, the balance must be paid in full before we can push the sample order to our factory. For bulk production invoices, weaccept L/C and T/T; 30% deposit before production and pay the balance upon the copy of B/L.6.Q: What's your lead time?
A: Our normal lead time is 45-60 days. Repeat order takes only 30 days.7.Q: Can I come and visit your Headquarter and factory before I place a large order?
A: Yes, you are more than welcome to visit us. Our Headquarter and factory is located in Hangzhou and Wenzhou. We'll pick you up in theairports (HGH for headquarter or WNZ for factory) once you arrive.
