We use non-toxic, child-friendly materials and our finished products are of an extremely high safety standard. Even after more than 20 years in the business, we are constantly reviewing and improving our products, to maintain our position at the forefront of our industry.
1. Plastic parts
Main parts are made with South Korean imported LLDPE in an automatic rotational moulding machine. These parts are anti- UV, anti-static and crack resistant.
2. metal parts
Made with galvanized steel pipe. Welded using an industrial robot for a smooth and strong finish.
3. Deck and Stairs
Made with rubber/powder coated steel using an automatic punching machine. It is skid-proof and water-proof.
4. Posts
114mm or 127mm diameter standing columns with a thickness of 2.2mm old plated or steel tubes.
5. Details
All clamps and clips are cast from aluminium. Screws are made with grade 316 stainless steel.
