Q: Payment 
A: 30% down payment + 70% balance or 100% T/T payment before shipment.calculated on the basis of Prepayment by bank transfer, no financing cost included.

A: 3 years period,which including 1 year guarantee for free and 2 years maintenance ,we will only charge the cost of spare parts when the volume of trade is around 100 dispensers per year.
