The 24 inches stone grill creates the environment for cooking with lumpcharcoal. Thick ceramic walls capture heat and emit it evenly, immersing your food in an environment that seals in juices and enriches flavor. Using the calibrateed top damper and bottom slide vent, you can control heat to slow smoke ribs, back pizza, roast turkey, grill burgers etc. There's plenty of space for serving on the bamboo side shelves, which also fold-down for storage.
