Hinge System

You can clean charcoal ash from here. And open the bottome dample to control the are flow.

There are three main parts inside the kamado grill. The fire box, charcoal grate and cooking grid. The charcoal as will dropped down from the hole on the charcoal grate. You can put what you like on the cooking grid.
