Structure and Properties:
B-D test chart is bottom on paper, the size is the same as the cross-section of standard test package, and the front of paper is printed with a light yellow bar pattern,the color after sterilization will not fade.
Usable range:
B-D test chart is the steam penetration test chart ,that dedicated to testing in pre-vacuum or pulsation vacuum pressure steam sterilizer or the packaging,whether the coldair is completely discharged,and whether there is coldair in the package.
Use:
Used to detect that the air will be effectively eliminated from the sterilizer when pre-vacuum steam sterilizer phase in vacuum exhaust stage,the use conditions is that in temperature of 132°C ~ 134°C keeping the role of 3.5 to 4.0 minutes, test packaging can be used directly, and the staff don’t do standard package.

Results:
Processed through a sterilization cycle,in temperature of 132°C ~ 134°C, keeping the role of 3.5 min, the light yellow bar patterns of test chart should be turned to the uniform black color.
Storage condition:Keep stored at room temperature 15°C ~ 30°C and dry place (<50% relative humidity) ,avoid to directly contact with sunlight. Point out the presence of air leaks in the autoclave immediately and accurately; Nontoxic ink and completely recycled materials Color Change: Yellow to Black Quality Control: ISO9001, ISO13485,CE Lead free
Notices:
1. The saturated stream pressure should reach to 0.4Mpa – 0.6Mpa if air is supplied through pipe; and non-uniform color changes may be observed if the pressure is lower than 0.3Mpa;

2. As for the pre-vacuum steam sterilizers or high vacuum autoclave with pulsing systems with air supply by pipe, the time of stopping air supply should longer than 2 days; and air-removal process should be done before re-using, or else, large amount of aqueous vapor existing in saturated stream may cause difficulty in cool air removal and wet pack, which will result in incapability of demonstrating test results due to wet BD test paper.
