The blood cell count is to measure the particle’s quantity and volume with electronics
technique (electric resistance method). Recently, this technique has been applied in most of
the blood cell analyzer,and has already got the extensive approbation in the academic circlesand the clinical examination field.The blood cell is diluted and suspended in the electrolyte, and add constant current to the inner and outer electrodes of the aperture.When the tested part
produces negative pressure, the blood cell and electrolyte will pass the aperturetogether.When the blood cell goes through the aperture, the electric resistance between the two electrodes will increase; meanwhile, it will produce an electrical signal (pulse) which is proportionate with
the blood cell volume of that go through aperture. The total quantity andvolume of the particle can be calculated based on the pulse magnification and collection.
