Cleaning principle
TUNNEL-JET series will comprise one or multiple treatment stages. The components are loaded on a conveyor belt which conveys the pieces through the different stages of treatment. In washing and rinse stages, spray nozzles in the chamber will spray a uniform, multi-direction and heated cleaning solution with medium or high-pressure to quickly and evenly clean the parts. Precise nozzle placement ensures effective and reliable cleaning every time with 360° coverage. After the washing/rinse operation, followed by the drying or other stages, depending on the client's individual needs. All the processes are continuous in the TUNNEL-JET with parts loaded at the front and unloaded at the rear.

Cleaning process
• This system is completely customized design, it can be manufactured to one or multiple stages, including pre-washing, washing/degreasing, rinse, blowing, passivate/ phosphate/descaling, drying, so that they are ready either for the next stage in the manufacturing process or for dispatch.
• High-volume precision cleaning and rinsing;
• High-efficiency drying with heated or non-heated air blow

It can be used for different metal, plastics, ceramics parts to removes oil, grease, chips, mud, production slag of the surface of parts in inter-process cleaning or for precision cleaning before assembling.

Q2:Spray vs. Immersion: Which Is Best for My Application?
Generally speaking, if you have a part that has most of its surface(s) exposed and clearly visible with simple shapes, spray washing is usually your best bet. If your part has a complex shape with non-visible surfaces that need to be cleaned, immersion is the better option.
Sometimes some or all of these techniques are combined and work together depending on the cleaning requirements of the customer and the shape and composition of the part.
